The Partnership for African Social and Governance Research (PASGR) is pleased to announce three opportunities for qualified individuals, firms, and institutions seeking to contribute to the advancement of governance, public policy, and institutional excellence across Africa.
PASGR is seeking to establish a roster of highly qualified resource persons and service providers to support its research, training, policy engagement, and knowledge dissemination work. Opportunities are available across a broad range of categories, including trainers and facilitators, moderators, keynote speakers, rapporteurs, technical reviewers, editors, translators, researchers, subject-matter experts, communication specialists, MEARL experts, and media (videographers and photographers).
The call targets experienced professionals with demonstrated expertise in governance, public policy, social sciences, research, communications, and related fields who can support PASGR’s work across Africa.
PASGR invites eligible suppliers, consultants, and service providers to apply for pre-qualification for the financial years 2027–2029. Opportunities cover a wide range of categories, including supply of goods, printing services, ICT equipment, catering, travel services, insurance brokerage, financial audit services, livestreaming and photography services, editorial and proofreading services, translation services, creative design services, and other professional services.
Pre-qualified suppliers will be considered for future procurement opportunities during the pre-qualification period, subject to PASGR’s procurement requirements and performance standards.
Deadline: Friday June 26, 2026
PASGR seeks an experienced consultant or consulting firm to undertake a comprehensive review and update of its integrated Finance, Grants, and Procurement Policies and Procedures Manual. The assignment aims to strengthen financial governance, compliance, internal controls, risk management, and operational efficiency while aligning PASGR’s systems with current organizational, donor, and regulatory requirements.
The consultancy is expected to be completed within 8–12 weeks and requires substantial expertise in financial management, auditing, procurement, grants management, and institutional strengthening within the development sector.
Deadline: Friday June 26, 2026
Interested candidates, firms, and service providers are encouraged to review the full requirements and submission guidelines for each opportunity and submit their applications before the stated deadlines.
Join us in strengthening evidence-informed policymaking and research excellence across Africa, through institutional effectiveness.
