Job Vacancy: PASGR Executive Assistant/Human Resources Officer

PASGR seeks to recruit an Executive Assistant who will also serve as a Human Resources Officer. Reporting to the Executive Director, the overall role of the job holder is to provide a wide range of support to the Executive Director’s office, human resource management, and general office administration. Specifically, the candidate will be expected to support the management of operations in the Executive Director’s office, including coordinating workflows, work schedules, diary and information management, and tracking progress on key corporate initiatives. He/she will also be responsible for developing and executing PASGR’s human resource strategy, policies, processes, and procedures in line with the overall corporate objectives in the areas of organizational design, talent management, resourcing, and organizational culture.

The level of responsibility associated with the position as an Executive Assistant and HR Officer will require the job holder to work independently, and with a high degree of diplomacy and sensitivity for confidential issues.
